One for my Irish heart
I know this might sound insane, as I just returned from an amazing wedding in the Caribbean, but here's something personal about me: I love wind and rain! I really do, well - my spare time that is! When I was 15 years old I was fortunate to spend a year in Ireland and ever since then have been enamoured with this astonishingly beautiful, yet rough island and it's warm-hearted people!
I go back most years to visit and as soon as I lay eyes on the wind-carved landscapes I'm swept with a happiness that - I guess there's no other way to describe it - feels like coming home. So glad I got to know the amazingly talented ladies of Pearl & Godiva on one of my trips - working with them had been a long-kept dream and I still feel so very lucky, that it has come true this past June!
Pearl, Sheena & Sarah are ardent stylists & renowned artists, yet their fine art vision has a tendency to widley exceed one's expectations and it comes to life in every little, thoughtful detail of their bespoke wedding design. You can probably tell from my excitement - it's an immense pleasure to work with them! The wedding took place at the historic Crom Castle, so stunningly situated by Upper Lough Erne it really couldn't have been more fitting for Grace & Paul's timeless & elegant celebration!
